Group Of Men Struggle To Pull 10-Foot Python Out Of Car Engine Until One Starts Biting Its Tail

If I were to ever find a snake in my car engine, I’m pretty sure I’d run.

And lease a new car.

But one man in Cambodia did pretty much the opposite. According to Newsflare, when 53-year-old Rahjit Phan saw snake-wranglers struggling to remove a pythonfrom a car engine, he thought he could offer a little help.

The 10-foot long snake had likely slithered its way into the car engine to keep warm — and it did not want to go back out into the cold world. Rescuers had spent an hour and a half trying to remove him before Rahjit showed up.

Rahjit’s plan to remove the snake was unusual to say the least.

Rahjit bit the snake’s tail — which caused it to loosen up its grip on the car’s engine enough that the rescuers could pull it out completely.

Rahjit says that biting a snake’s tail is “an old trick we learned in the jungle.” He says biting the tail “hard” will make the snake “weak,” and it will release whatever it’s holding onto. He warned that you definitely shouldn’t try that trick unless you’re experienced, but that “it will always work.”
